Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

Money.Life is a business in the financial education industry that focuses on educating teenagers and young adults as to the importance of smart planning, smart spending and smart saving.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, contact details and banking details.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis (as selected).
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 5 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email.
Should you wish for us to refund your order, you may do so by informing Money.Life within 5 working days of receipt of order.
Please confirm your intent to apply for a refund by contacting our offices within 5 working days of order. Client will be given a full refund within the 5 working day period. From the 6th working day onward, the client will not be able to apply for a refund. If you exercise your right to refund your order, any moneys due will be refunded within 20 working days and subject to these terms and conditions.
Money.Life shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
Card transactions will be acquired for (Your Company) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Money.Life separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency isSouth African Rand (ZAR).
Money.Life takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). The Money.Life website gives you access to information about financial education related topics, Money.Life and its products and services.

We have developed Money Life as an online web based application which allows parents to educate their children as to the value and the importance of money using their own money in a cashless society. The Money Life application allows parents to create budget categories and to set budget amounts with their children for each of the different categories.
