the power of saving
Visualisation is one of the most powerful mind exercise that you can do. Athletes have been doing this for years, by visualising the goal that they are going to score or the weights that they are going to lift activate the same brain patterns as if this is being done for real.
Your VISION BOARD should focus on how you feel and not only only on the things that you want. Include the material things that you want but also include inspirational messages, people you admire and things that you find that you like. This will help you infuse your vision board not only with your goal but also with the good vibes that you want to attract.
There are no rules when creating your vision board, bring everything you think, feel, want, desire ..... onto your vision board. Cut out images, draw pictures and hand write on post it notes. Create a sacred space where you can bring your vision board to life, do this in a place that you see often. This will give you the opportunity to do visualisation exercises at many intervals during the day.
Spend time every day visualising another detail of you perfect future, keep adding to your vision board.
Every time you share your vision, you strengthen your own belief that you can achieve it. Share your dreams with your friends and family.
Your short, medium and long term goals are the starting point for building your vision board. Remember that it is important to set big goals and not to simply write out a to do list. Once you have written out your goals, the next step would be to go through these and work out your priorities.
Once you have determined what you really want to achieve above all else, those will go on your vision board and take up the biggest space. A lot of other things will also go up on your vision board but start by paying attention to the big ones!
One of the immediate results of visualising your goals is that it will create an inner motivation to strive for your goals and dreams and promote positive thinking. Staying positive will help you stay on track to be successful in the long run.
